Palatial offices are for the emperors of new economy. As your classic nonprofit org, the Bay Area NWU shares a cluttered but cheerful little space in downtown Oakland with the NWU's National Job Hotline, run by the talented Kenya Briggs, and with Service Employees International Union (SEIU).
